We cut brass or magnesium plates directly from vector files. Brass dies suit long production runs, while magnesium works for short orders.

Material Thickness

Press Depth

We set impression depth between 0.2mm and 0.5mm based on board density. Deeper presses require thick board to stop back-side show-through.
