At Packaging House US, all products are custom-made according to your specifications, including size, material, printing, and finishing. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are limited but accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return, refund, or free reprint if:
- The product is defective due to a manufacturing error
- The product does not match the approved proof
- You received the wrong item, size, or quantity
All defects and claims are reviewed and verified by our management team.
Return Window
Customers must report any issue within 3 business days of receiving the order by contacting us at info@packaginghouseus.com.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim:
- Provide your order number
- Submit a clear description of the issue
- Attach digital photographs showing the defect
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping Requirements
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 business days
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- The returned shipment must include:
- The printed products
- Supporting documentation and images of defects
Refunds & Reprints
- If the issue is confirmed to be on our side:
- A free reprint will be provided, or
- A full or partial refund may be issued
- If the issue is on the customer’s side:
- Refunds may still be processed after:
- Deducting setup and shipping costs
- Receiving the returned products in original condition
- Refunds are processed within 15–45 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Cases
We are not responsible for:
- Errors in customer-submitted artwork (spelling, design, layout, etc.)
- Minor color variations within industry-standard tolerance
- Orders approved by the customer before production
