Non-Custom Products — 30 Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items in original condition.

• 10% restocking fee applies
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
• Refunds processed within 15–45 business days

To start a return, email us at info@packaginghouseus.com with your order number.

Custom Products — All Sales Final

Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned. However, we accept claims for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong item, size, or quantity received
• Product not matching approved proof

Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos and order number. If approved, we will offer a free reprint or refund.

Not Eligible for Return

• Customer artwork errors
• Orders approved before production
• Color variations within standard tolerance
