By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You possess all necessary rights and permissions.
Your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights.
You authorize Packaging House US™ to manufacture the products on your behalf.

Content from Customers

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, transmitted, or included in your order.

You agree not to upload or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party.

Packaging House US™ does not control customer-submitted content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or integrity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

By submitting content, you grant Packaging House US™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Design Files

Packaging House US™ provides standard design proofs for approval. Production files are prepared in print-ready format. If customers require high-resolution or editable design files beyond the proof format, additional charges may apply.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format at a minimum of 300 DPI resolution.

Packaging House US™ is not responsible for:

Color shifts due to RGB to CMYK conversion
Pixelated or low-resolution images
Formatting errors in submitted artwork

Proofing and Matching

All orders require customer approval of final artwork and job specifications before production begins.

Customers must carefully review proofs for:

Spelling
Grammar
Layout accuracy
Dimensions
Production details
Deadlines

Once approved, Packaging House US™ is not liable for errors in the approved proof.

Screen proofs are intended for layout and placement verification only and do not guarantee exact color matching or ink density. For critical color accuracy, a hardcopy proof must be requested.

Materials

Unless specifically requested in writing, materials used in our packaging products are not certified food-grade.

Customers are responsible for approving layout, dimensions, and structural design before production.

Packaging House US™ is not liable for errors resulting from:

Graphic placement or orientation
Incorrect font usage
Spelling or punctuation errors
Incorrect die cuts or folds
Size discrepancies after approval
Color variations within industry standards

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Packaging House US™, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

Your breach of these Terms
Any claim related to customer-submitted content

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to production. Cancellation fees apply depending on the production stage:

After order placement but before design work: $20 + 5% of total order value
After design revision but before production: 20% of the total order value
After production begins: 50% of the total order value
After shipment: cancellation not permitted

Design-related services are non-refundable once initiated.

Reprints

Claims for defects, damage, or shortages must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

To qualify for reprint consideration:

At least 99% of the order must be returned
Return must occur within 10 days of delivery
Written authorization is required

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

Packaging House US™ offers:

Standard Shipping (Not Guaranteed) – Estimated 10–14 business days after final approval
Priority Shipping (Guaranteed) – Estimated 8 business days
Express Shipping (Guaranteed) – Estimated 6 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and international shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be filed within 3 business days.

Packaging House US™ is not responsible for damages caused by third-party carriers.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This website and its contents are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

Limitation of Liability

Packaging House US™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Production and Order Terms

Color Variation

Color differences up to ±5% are considered acceptable industry standards.

Quantity Variation

Orders may vary by ±5% in the final delivered quantity.

Production Timeline Variation

Estimated production times may vary by ±10–20 business days due to workload, seasonal demand, or operational factors.
